Manager of the FBG since 2002, he guides the day-to-day operations and long-term planning of the entity. His work encompasses strategic planning, financial management, human resources administration, communication, and regulatory compliance oversight, in addition to informing and assisting governing bodies in decision-making.

With a degree in Business Studies from the UIB, throughout his tenure he has promoted an increase in sporting and competitive activity and improved communication channels with clubs and federations.

Since 2018, Toni Ferrer has been planning and managing the FBG's sporting activities: he designs and implements the annual calendar of competitions and programs, coordinates and supervises tournaments, selects federation teams, and directs youth programs, coordinating the work of coaches with a clear objective: to promote golf in all categories.

As a professional golfer, he competed in the Asian Tour and the Challenge Tour; as an amateur, he was a member of the national teams and winner of the Argentina International.

Trained as a Level II Sports Technician (RFEG), he has a Master's Degree in Golf Course Management, TPI certification, and is a Regional Referee. In recent years, he has promoted the growth of youth participation and improved the performance of FBG teams.

Since 2019, Antoni Pol has been coordinating and directing FBG tournaments with a clear idea in mind: that everything runs smoothly and that members feel supported at every event.

His daily routine combines organization and sports management: he coordinates registrations, schedules, and departures, ensures the pace of play and compliance with the rules, and is responsible for processing and publishing the results, answering questions from players and teams during the competition.

Since 2023, Xavi Puig has been responsible for managing and selecting the FBG teams, planning youth programs, and organizing and accompanying players on their national trips with a clear goal: to grow the talent pool and raise the level of golf in the Balearic Islands.

Trained as a Sports Technician II (RFEG), with TPI Level 1 certification and an Advanced Course in Golf Course Management, he has promoted growth in participation in the Spanish Championships at the grassroots level, as well as an increase in registrations and attendance at the Monitoring Program and the youth circuit, and has contributed to players from the Balearic Islands finishing among the top ranks nationally.

Since 1991, he has been one of the most familiar faces at the FBG. He assists and accompanies members throughout the licensing cycle (registrations, renewals, and data updates), provides support to both members and staff, helps prepare for competitions, and is responsible for key tasks such as archiving, managing and administering the website, and designing posters.

With solid previous experience at Son Vida Golf Club (1987–1990) and Palmer Law Firm (1985–1987), he brings order, reliability, and a consistently decisive approach.

Trained in digital tools, her priority is to ensure that every member feels well cared for and at home. "My approach to work is based on human interaction and a commitment to serving members."
