Identifying information, personal characteristics, economic, financial, and insurance details, and social circumstances.

For what purposes will we use your data?

  • For the processing of the following services:
    • federation application.
    • Issuance of federative license.
    • Issuance, management, and collection of license fees
    • management of license renewals and cancellations
    • updates
    • arrangements for compulsory civil liability and accident insurance for participants.
    • Development of powers attributed to regional sports laws and the statutes of federations
    • Preparation of announcements for championships and competitions. Communication of these to athletes.
    • Publication of participants and results of championships, competitions, and tournaments on the website and social media.
    • Travel arrangements for participants (tickets, hotels, etc.)
  • To respond to queries from users/customers who contact us via the contact forms or other forms provided for this purpose.
  • For fiscal, accounting, and administrative management purposes, in order to manage the service requested by the User and the corresponding legal obligations arising from the service provided.
  • When sending us your CV for personnel selection processes.
  • For sending commercial advertising communications related to the products or services offered by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social communities, or other electronic or physical means.

WHAT ARE THE LEGITIMATE BASES FOR PROCESSING?
